Wow thats really cool. I have been building WWII diaromas for quite some time and this was one of the many fustrating things about 1/35 scale, is the lack of trains and planes. I don't understand why it took them so long to come out with a train model in this scale. Well it looks cool.

FYI one of the Lionel Electric train gauges (I think H or O) is 1/48 scale, so you can build a diaroma with train and 1/48th scale plane, unfortunately you cant find too many figures in this scale.

Now they need to make a P51 or a Stuka in 1/35 scale.

Holy crap, that model is huge! I have a few of them, just armor though; Tiger tank, Panzer tank, and Sheridan. They cost a pretty penny; like 50 a peice, some go for more.

intrestedviewer 02-13-2003 02:13 PM

approximatly how big is it?

Well, I think the figures are about 3 inches, so the gun must be close to 2 - 3 feet!

I used to build models but when we moved about a year ago all of them got destroyed cry: I cant build another one knowing that it will suffer the same fate cry:

redhawk_six 02-13-2003 02:42 PM

Maybe I'll start saving money to buy it.

First, I gotta finish my electronic Toronto Metro Police Chevy Caprice project.

Anyone know where I can find parts for converting a 1/25th scale 94 Impala SS into a Police Package Caprice 9C1?

Probably the same way half of mine were damaged, little brother, pets, etc.

Right now, I've got 3 large dioramas set for repairs.

On one of them, a UN Peacekeeper checkpoint, the entire rear cab of a hummer is caved in from a rubber ball that bounced off a wall and hit it. cry: cry:

Yeah your probably right...when we moved last, I made sure to transport them myself a few at a time. Just as i got the last one in safely my younger brother decided that my M3 Grant would make a nice toy and snapped the main gun off...out came the glue hake:

I know. When I moved a few months ago my ptide and joy king tiger that I spent nearly 200 bucks and and an upwards of 100+ hours got crushed under a whole bunch of boxes. After that, I kinda slacked off on modelling.
