Well the doctors fucked up the first time. They gave her the right organs but the wrong blood type. The doctors are all out there to screw us up!

These are the same doctors who perform the same operation hundreds of
times a year and consequently, save hundreds : one mistake sucks but it
isn't the end of the world. Besides, I'm not convinced the operating surgeon
was at fault here: I'm sure someone else takes care of selecting the organs.

Also, just because a person is a relative doesn't mean I will feel any
differently for them: immediate family is excluded from that.

In any case, it's kinda stupid that the family won't give up the organs
for others to benefit from her death (as bad as that is to say)...

There is no point in looking for someone to blame or to sue, the girl was going to die if she didnt get the operation, the operation went wrong, which is sad, but it happens. Then someone has to come out and say "sue them" is that all americans think about?? A picture falls off the wall, "lets sue the guy who sold us the nails" hake:

My concerrn is that this family probably spent all their assets jsut to give thier daughter a operation. (They went to America from Mexico) and now they got fucked over. IT kinda makes me angry, I guess a compensation will do.

This day and age, you can sue anyone for anything.
