Hmmm, well, I didnt ban him, buggers me who did. Simo emailed me, and I explained to him that it wasnt me. BS must be working in the background, or a subnet ban that I did also locked him out.... I dunno. A little more communication from the person doing the bannings that I'm not aware of would be good.
