Are you talking as in a Black Hawk was shot down and they tried recovering there comrades, or was it just a bloody firefight?

I've been checking channels, don't see anything!

I just caught the summary of the end of the news saying a black hawk was downed in kuwait and 4 inside are dead.

I dont know if it was mechanical failure , pilot error, or under fire.

I heard this rumor, along with that N. Korea tried launching a missile at us, but it crashed into the ocean. Any of these true?

Is it just me or are black hawks always seem like they are crashing? i mean every accident lately has involed a black hawk. They are unstable bastards eek:

Sucks about the BH. It has been like many of our helicopters have been crashing recently. There were the training missions with several in the past year that had crashed. Maybe some mechanical flaws need to be worked out or something.

Sucks about the Black Hawk. Apart from them falling out of the sky on so many occasions, they are built like tanks and can survive the hardest of landings. Unfortunately, that cant be said about the people inside. We are not made out of metal it seems......

blackhawks are the ultimate helicopters, nothing can replace them at the moment

Marines are still working on that O-22 Osprey, its like part plane part helicopter. Its actually very uber, should be entering service soon.

So far a few of them have crashed too.

This is why i said STILL WORKING ( biggrin: ) on them because as of right now, the new ones are the most stable things around. SHould be coming out soon
