On a serious note. Maybe the host http://www.xupiter.com/ dosnt have DNS registered in your area. Try and find the IP to the site, and skip the domain services.

xupiter is some kind of spyware trojan that locks into your computer.. i had it on my computer but found an ingenious way to get rid of it cool:

creative sig flippers

1) Uninstall Xuniper bar from the Add/Remove menu in Ctrl Panel

2) Change your IE homepage to whatever (Xuniper might have changed it)

3) As for the error page, sounds like Xuniper either overwrote your IE error page thats in your IE directory, or it changed your registry setting to map it to their error page.
