I got a cool new script
 

Jow ppl, i was kinda experimenting with some binds in my console when i found this: bind <key> "+moveleft;+moveright"
It is a script wich allows you to strafe left, and leanleft, @ the same time, wich is very handy in the close combat lvl's.
But plz use this as a funny extra to urr game, and never use it in any clanwars, or tournaments, because it is kinda cheating.
But its great phun though

Uhh... thanks... This isn't new.. Infact its been around since the demo days. Its not cheating it just looks retarded.

Yeah, thats the reason i dont do it... Also probably because it is sorta slack to teh (<-- lol... teh) other guys playing on the server.

Yeah.. The one he made would of cancelled out the ability to strafe.

And it's not a cheat. It hardly even deserves to be called a script. It's a double bind. Or multibind..

I have used it before and for 1 it makes you look plain stupid and 2 it really isnt helpful.

yeah.. how did you know you looked stupid when you used it? 3rd person cheat no doubt..

anyways.. It makes you look gimp yes. And it can be funny. It can also help in the turns.. It doesn't give you an advantage because it's just a difficult to aim as it is to be hit. Both easy to overcome for the seasoned no doubt.

I personally feel anyone that flat out calls it stupid has a problem with it for other reasons related to frustration. just my opinion though. But why hate something as irrelevant unless it has some sort of relevant outcome on your game. Just my opinion.. But I really think "it looks stupid", "it's gay", "It's not realistic" are realliy piss poor arguements for this or any game.

Its also funny how you bring up me as being a cheater in every thread. Gonna drop it?

It's not a cheat, it doesn't give you an advantage over anyone else that can fire a gun straight. All it does is let you lean whenever your moving side to side so that you don't have to hold down more than a couple buttons at a time. I agree, it looks sort of stupid, but if you want to play that way, fine by me, just play clean.

I use a 5 button mouse so my left and right lean are done by my right and left thumb so that I just quickly flick it going around corners or looking around.
