doubt it, as of currently NK's missiles only have the range to reach Japan, maybe in a decade they will pose a threat to us but by then most of their people will have starved to death hake:

I think I ate dog once when I was in Okinawa. The stand said fried chicken, but I never seen a chicken leg about 1 1/2 ft. tall. It was pretty tasty, whatever it was. My boss is from China and talks about eating dog all the time.

Having lived in Korea for a year, I can attest to the fact that ...yes, they do eat dogs. But the younger generations do not find it as appealing, leading me to believe that it will eventually be phased out.
