I worked real hard with lots of filters photoshop and finally came with this.

I made it myself with filter.

It's awesome.

I was just trying out something new. No image just filter and effects.

i was always wondering. With backgrounds like that, what do you start with? A gradient? Random colorful lines? Different boxes of colors?

I always start with cloud filter.

well lets see, i see a lens flare, and the filter mosaic. if you still have it, could you open the pdf. with the layers, and tell us how you got that...

I didn't saved it since I knew i wouldn't need any change on this. I usally save only crap sig to modify them.

lens flare and tiles....what else do u remember putting?

Lens flare, lights, mosaic or tiles, any blue gradiant, perhaps a beveled border. Not to hard to duplicate but very nice looking.

Its not the complexity, its the concept that counts.
