Anti War protest at my School
 

Ok I guess a bunch of hippies at my school created a Student initiated Protest. It is at 9am Friday smack in hte middle of one of our classes. SO the principle comes over the PA today is Says any "Ideas expressed by the speaklers ar not the schools " One if the Speakers is Granny D if ya have ever heard of here

Its such BS. Its gonna mess up the whole day. I know I and a bunch of friends are gonan get in "trouble" for protesting the protest.

Anything like this ever happen with you guys?

If my school had a walkout for anti war id be the olny one in school

I simply mentioned that humilating the soldiers is wrong.. and if they want to spit and throw tomatoes at people.... go to Washington where all the descions are made, not the soldiers.

Suprisingly, schools do not support pro-war protests. (At least mine doesnt.) They regard it as a nuisance.

WE could but the thats one think the principle said. THat she would support a Pro-war. I hate that lady. And it would have to be on our own freetime so no school walk out which means no one would attend. But we might try to get one going tomorrow well see what happens

I agree there, even though I disagree with Bush at almost every turn (latest domestic legislation threatens to bring us back to neanderthal, dark ages, religious nuts, if you know which legislation) I still support the military, because without the a real threat would have taken us out long ago

Here In Los angeles some idiots went on a peace march from high school walked across the street and looted the gas station mini mart.

If you really want to make a point go on your day off and protest, not during school your just showing you rather not be in school.

Join the Army, if you want to make a difference. If you're too young, be depressed until you're 18, or 17 for National Guard.

If I EVER encounter a protester that spits on my uniform or puts down the soldiers, I will personally BEAT THEM BLOODY. Who are they to judge the ones who DEFEND their right to peacefully protest? If they have a problem, hey, go up to capital hill and and spit on a few politicians. NOT the soldiers.
