What is the best sound mod out there? I use Mike Horvath's 1.2, but have been for long time. time for a switch.

have a look around mohfiles etc

I look forward to it Itamar. I used to use my own compilation of sounds but since his came out i have used that

I as well use my own. It's not sounds that claim to be from any movie. just sounds I found that fit the weapons well. anyone that wants it can pm me. I've had nothing but compliments.

I use Fubah's Rage sound mod, find it at MOHFILES I think

I'm basically looking for one's that will change the BAR to the SPR "thud", SPR springfield "high-powered" sound, and keep the origional M1. Most of the other ones sound good enough to keep.

The best i think is FUBAH's total war mod, but i dont recommend it if you have a slow connection cuz its a big file.

i use a frankenstein sound mod pieced to gether from sound mods i have picked up along the year playing moh. one sound from here, one from there and you custom make it to your liking.

Itamar, you make a sweet sound mod, man. I think I've found what I've been looking for. biggrin:

I think I'm gonna try Fubah's sound too. From what you guys have posted, he makes some nice shit.

Thanks , like everyone else said here , sound mod depends on the liking of one... I liked movies like SPR and BoB so I decided to base the whole mod on it..

I'm happy you like it , but try Fubah , maybe his one is maybe better for you ... zooka:

Btw - My new mod will probably be with the cooperation of Fubah and Double U , so all stay tuned for the next to come :-)

I was wondering how I would compile my own sound mod from existing mods for myself, and myself alone.

I have tried several sound mods and there is one that after using it once i cant play with out it ... you can get it from http://www.HoosierElite.com off there dl page its called Sirkilroys sound pak :: you wont be dissapointed please post your thoughts after trying it

Love the crosshair they have for Download on that site. Think I made that back in august of 2002. Course back then it had my name on it, but takes 2 seconds to rename a file huh. sheesh.. its enough to make me wanna quit. maybe I will.
