Buying a PS2, games advice.
 

I'm looking for a good Air Combat simulation,I played Ace Combat 4,already.What's next?

I got a deal from a co worker,buying PS2 ( 3months old ) + memory card + Gateway game for 170,00.

Yeah, that's a good game. Another good game is DMC, the first one, it's cheap, and it's great.

Buy OldLady Fantasies. You'll be happy you did.

Metal Gear Solid 2, Ico, Resident Evil : Code Veronica.

You should also try out both Zone of the Enders. I just got the second one, amazing game.

No idea, I just use the RFA I had for my PS1, since I just have a regular TV.

I liked it until I played Mafia. Can't go back to VC after that, gonna sell it.

Yes you do. Monster makes the best consumer cables out there. My game recomendations would be GTA: Vice City, definatly worth the $50. MoH: Frontline, not as good as MoH: AA but IMO the best FPS for PS2. I'd rent MGS2 before buying it if I were you, it's good but it's not for everyone. There are many other great games but these are an awesome start.

Damn, I never even knew PS2 had flight sims. If you're into fun games to play with friends, sports is the way to go. Along with games like UFC Throwdown, Legends of Wrestling II, Def Jam Vendetta.

There is an oldish ps2 flight sim game available, air aces or something. anyway, you start off in 1945 flying spitfires and b-17s, then as time progresses you get jet fighters up to modern days.
34 planes to fly. not sure if its any good, ive never played it but quite fancy a shot.

vice city definatly

if youre into a spare-underwear-needing fast games. then wipeout fusion is a must. youll find it in a bargain bin these days but you need to be totally tuned in to play it. ed:

I have the sum of all fears. its what Ghost recon should have been. good game.

ohh, and try and find The Thing. Its a third person shooter and a really good game, though quite challenging. You have to manage your teams weapons, ammo, health, fear, if theyre running low, give them some of your ammo, if theyre shit scared, take them away from the scary area or give them an adrenalin injection. let them get too scared and theyll crack up and either ciommit suicide by smearing their brains on a wall, or start shooting at anything, even you.
gain their trust so they cooperate with you, and if they dont, then aim your gun at their head and force them to cooperate.
If you suspect one of your team mates might be infected and turning into a "thing" then kill him. if youre right, your team mates will respect you for it, if youre wrong, youll lose their trust a bit.
all this, while you have to kill little things and also some big things, and then even bigger things. its tough but satisfying.

Mafia coming out for XBOX w00t. PS2 is still really good, SOCOM is the largest crazy among ps2 gamers in my school. Get "The getaway"

There was this one game called tokyo zero racing or something like that. It was pretty good, you drove around tokyo street racing people and using the booty to buy better shit for your car.
