Hehe Trips is gonna flame every one of you. I like 80's rock i.e. Van Halen, Twisted Sister, ACDC, Aerosmith, Metallica, and countless others. I also like 80's-mid 9-'s country. Brooks and Dunn, Joe Diffie, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, George Strait, and countless others. I hate this pop-country bullshit they play now.

You didn't include Doo-Wop. For some reason I enjoy music from the 50's. Big Block muscle cars, greased hair, malt shops, and doo-wop on the radio. Wish I had actually been alive in that period.

eh alot of stuff, lynard skynard, boston, deftones, AC/DC, jimi, SRV, eagles, all the good stuff, notice the deftones are the only modern band

it's amazing, none of the rap fans ever diss another genre of music...but the metal fans always make fun of rap.

I listen to a variety of different Hip Hop sub-genres, Jazz, Rock, Classical, Trip Hop, Drum N' Bass, 2-Step, Garage, Acid-Jazz.

Some people just dont learn... Does tripper have to flame you every single god damn time you post about hating rap? Not all rap is about blingin and stuff, some of it is pretty good.

I like it all except Country, Hip Hop and Pop music. I can deal with some Rap (Beasties, Public Enemy, Run DMC, etc....). But my mainstays are Rock, Metal, Punk, Death Metal.

I think its important to differentiate between music that sounds good and music that is good.

i lean towards:

acid jazz, gabber, ambient, some mainstream techno, industrial, death metal, rock, synth rock, progressive rock, a bit of hip hop. basically illl listen to anything as long as my ears enjoy themselves

Metal, Death Metal, Black Metal, Metalcore, Thrash Metal, Progressive Metal, Alternative Metal, Speed Metal, Someother made up names for different types of metal that all sound the same.
