National Guard troops protecting New Yorks transportation hubs are on the lookout for the Bloods and Crips streetgang members allegedly planning to steal troopers' M-16 assault rifles as part of a bizzare initiation rite.
Law enforcement sources say port authority police first learned of this plot from individuals familiar with the gangs inner workings and yesterday issued a formal warning to the Guard which has stationed some 200 rifle toting soldiers, bus terminals and river crossings since the start of the war with iraq.
The lawmen told the Posts the PA's sources saud gang members planned to specifically target soldeits at the port authority bus terminal
It is not known what the gang members want to do with the weapons, probably use them as trophies
NYPD cops carrying heavy rifles on guard duty as part of the anti terror "Operation-Atlas" have also been placed on lookout for gang members looking to make names for themselves
Law enforcement sources say there are some 6,000 Bloods and 1,600 crips gang members in New York.
The rival gangs were both founded in Los Angeles and have spread nationwide to become some of the most notorious in the country.

awesome! We had a blood and crip gang-fight at our school that involved about 20 huge, strong, sterioded (word? ha), huge, black guys. Boy, that fight was the best i ever saw. Afterwards, there was so much blood in the halls. It took them 2 periods just to wipe up the blood! crazy mofos

Yeah, gangs and the mafia type stuff just kinda annoy me, I mean, if a gang/mafia member challenged another guy to a fight, the other guy would be scared, not because the gang/mafia member is scary or would beat them bad, but instead because they could beat them or if they even try, they will have 20 angry friends at the door or a horse head in their bed the next day. The are like ants, only strong in numbers

some of those guys are pretty hardcore, im friends with a guy whos dad and uncles are in the mexican mafia, or as he calls it the 'familia'

the funny thing is we just hired alllllll these security guards and installed this expensive camera system. The security guards are not GaryColemans either biggrin: --there is this one black guy that is 6foot 7inches and about 300 pounds. He is "friends" with all of the tough black kids too. It's almost as if he does nothing and just gets paid to talk to his hommies.

My school is a joke with security. After that huge gang fight, a section in the cafeteria was EMPTY since that's where the gang members sat. All the kids that were involved in the fights were sent to our school(easton pa which is east of Allentown, pa) from Philly and New York. It is almost as if our school is a temporary holding ground for "rough" kids.
