Filter > texture > tile > set the relief all the way down for gridlines.

i made them with photoeffect-->scanlines and then graphics plus --> pannel stripes oOo:

i did it like this cause i didnt know how to make them. can anyone tell me how to make it but not like porteus, that doesnt work for me (i have no tiles only mosaic tiles and i cant get it goodoOo: )
