New to the forums/Sig Request
 

Hey all... My name's Kessler, but you can call me Kess. I heard a lot about these forums so I decided to see what the hype was all about. I'd like to start off by making a sig request, if you don't mind.

I would like to have an image of a WWII American soldier with a Thompson M1A1 Sub-Machine Gun or an M1 Garand. Other than that, I would like for it to say Kess1944 on it. I hope one of you can make a good sig for me.

Hey Magnum, I'd really appreciate it if you made some more Tut's for us noobs out there. I'd like to know how you made that one.

Quze, that one was fairly simple. This is how I did it.
1) Cut out the pic of Martin and put it on the side.
2) Put the flag pic behind it and desaturated it a little.
3) Make the diagonal streaks over the flag with noise and motion blur, then set it to multiply.
4) Make the grit over the flag with B&W clouds, then going over that with the difference clouds a whole bunch of times. I set that to Overlay.
5) Make the lines with the line tool.
6) Type out the text and add layer effects.
7) Duplicate the text and add brush strokes, etc., then set to multiply.

lol...hype about this forum...all this forum is...is mostly mods abusing their power.
