GAS PRICES?? What are the prices by you all?
I`m in San Jose California, and the gas prices are now dropping preety fast
Last month they were like $2.30 but now this week there like 1.90 Not too shabby but i`ll go for something like 1.50 but till then my dad is gonna pay for gas yay!...... Aka_Eshelmen |
Something like 67-69 cents/litre.
Hovering around $.70 a litre (yes that LITRE and Canadian funds...) here. I filled up two days ago at $.61, though. w00t!!
omg dude
omg, thats like so wierd, are you from another country man?
thats cool if you are because were learning about in school the stuff that other countries use in litres and in measurements for all sorts of things but like i said the gas prices are dropping good here to 1.90 hopefully back to normal SOON! Aka_Eshelmen |
I think its pretty much every other country in the world which uses the metric system. Canada switched in the 60's I believe.
So yes, in Canada, we measure everything in the metric system such as Litres, Kilometers etc. |
I filled up about a week ago so I haven't noticed the prices here yet this week. I'm sure they've gone down now since i'm in Calgary and the prices here are always lower than the rest of the country due to our own oil and gas endevours.

$1.30 here for regular, thank god prices are dropping again.
About 1.40 here but there still pretty high up in seattle. oOo:
petrol is a rip off in the uk.

here its about 65 per L. its always about 3 cents cheaper than in the city.
$1.65 or somewhere near that. They are going down. biggrin:
$1.49 9/10
I think if you do the math it works out so that the americans are getting the gas for cheaper than canada, even though we have more gas than you do. ARG mad:
This is why we attacked Iraq you b00n! biggrin:
Average price in NYC is about $1.75. Low is $1.60, high is $2.08.
I couldn't imagine paying $1.27 for one litre US or Canadian. Thats outrageous.
Couple of years ago it was about 45 or 50 cents for a litre for about a span of 3 months. That was cool. I just checked the web and gas prices in Calgary right now are at about 63 cents. Better than I thought. and I get 3.5 cents/L off with petro points. Hehehe, so i'm paying 59-60 cents. |
