I guess if You've been here for more then a year, and have more then 800 posts, your still a n00b? Oh well, noob isn't considered a big insult. Some dude over the Internet called me new at something.. wow, I'm crying..

Anyway, I'v seen that one.

05-02-2003 11:44 AM

yeah man, thats old

Ydiss 05-02-2003 12:16 PM

Alliedassault.com. Where it's cool to say "That's old news, dude".

hake:

Mpoulos01 05-02-2003 01:56 PM

Nice try...

05-02-2003 01:57 PM

So? I'm not gonna look threw all 228 pages, every single thread to find out if its been posted before.

Ydiss 05-02-2003 02:08 PM

It's ok, Quze, they just think that by saying they've seen it before it makes them somehow more net-wise and learned.

I've noticed every "Look at this" thread has the same types posting without fail. They rarely add anything more than that.

"Mummy, look at my drawing I made today with my crayons!"

"Ah, that's old news I did that when I was 2"

Little Jimmy cries.

KEKEKE

ED 05-02-2003 04:00 PM

"KeKeKe" is 100%, without exagerattion, or hyperbole - the GAYEST internet-speak I have seen in my tenured time on the web. I remember first speaking to someone on AOL asking how to request files from a chat-server, and him "KeKeKe"ing after he got some good info...

I was frightened. Horribly.

And Buckweed is hardly Mr. Canadian himself so an insult isn't worth much....like the Canadian Dollar or Maple Leaf or whatever the hell it is.

Ke Ke Ke.

Canadian dollar is at its highest in over 5 years thanks to a weak American Economy and a strong Canadian Ecomony.

Canadian dollar is worth over $0.70 US

As weak as the American Economy is, it's still telling that you can only get 70 cents for the Canadian dollar.

Currently the British Pound is the only currency worth more than the US Dollar.

And the Euro.

All i'm saying is that its been a while since we'e gotten this much. If we buy something from teh states its something like 16% less than 4 months ago.

If you take hockey for example, the Canadian teams players are getting paid in American Dollars. I saw an interview with Ken king, who is the president and CEO of the Flames said this will save them 2 million dollars. This helps us out a lot.

But comparing the US dollar to the Canadian dollar and expecting them to be even is ludricrise (sp).

.70 is very good for our dollar in these times.

So now its much cheaper for Canadians to go to the US, but more expensive for you to come here. This can also be bad for Business here.

Things like movies cost more for americans to make in Vancouver and toronto, so they may just stay in the states,

Anyway, the Canadian dollar will never be worth as much as the US dollar. The Us economy is so huge we have no chance.

To, Ed... There are currencies out there worth a lot more than British Sterling. I don't recall the names of them but I know they exist.

We don't have the strongest currency in the world.

The Cyprus Pound is worth more, for one.

At this moment in time one Cyprus pound buys you 1.19176 British pounds.

There's a currency that (last time I saw) is 1:2 to the pound, but I can't remember the country it came from.

Whether this makes them stronger currencies, I don't know - I'm no economist.

[DAS REICH] Blitz 05-03-2003 06:08 AM

lol

Megalith 05-03-2003 11:34 AM

How did he break his WHOLE HEAD if he only put his teeth on the curb? oOo:

05-03-2003 12:09 PM

The black guy opened his mouth, and sort of bite the curb, then the other guy stomped on his head, Making his teeth press up agianst the cement, causing alot of pain. just go and rent the movie.

ninty 05-03-2003 12:16 PM

That would pretty much kill you.

Norton told the kind to bite the curb and then he stomped on the back of his head as hard as he could. If someone didn't die from that, they'd have no teeth, a broken jaw, broken cheek bones and pretty much every other bone in your face would be broken and probably some brain or spinal cord damage.

Ydiss 05-03-2003 01:06 PM

Trust me, the spinal cord at the base of the neck and jaw bones are not strong enough to withstand the pressure of a full weighted, downward kick from a grown man when the only thing stopping his boot hitting the curb is your teeth.

It's sickening to think about but if you saw the movie you'd realise what I'm talking about.

No one, not even Jaws from 007, would survive that.

How the hell did we get onto this subject?

Oh, yeh... That sig...

By the way, it's a really good movie.

Megalith 05-03-2003 01:29 PM

I saw part of the movie...what I don't understand is that why did that stupid idiot put his teeth on the curb instead of running away? He could have screamed for help or something.

If anyone ever asks me to put my teeth on a curb I'll pull out a shot gun and blow his fucking head off...SO BEWARE CURBERS!!!! mad:

Or I could just do it more productively by taking an axe and chop off his head... oOo:

Zehno 05-03-2003 01:53 PM

Well, yes. I would much rather be shot than get my head booted in. I would have just ran away and let him shot me rather than get my head stomped in. I just said the same thing twice.
