3-d programs
 

what 3-d programs do you use, not necessarily in sig making, but in general. I only have knowledge in infini-d (from '97) and carrara 1.1 (from 2000 i think). Not the most up to date programs, no. Im pretty skilled at them. I also ahve EXTREMELY limited knowledge in cinema 4d.

3D studio max is good, I just have to learn it.

I dont have anything.. theyr too expensive.

how about paying ONLY $1000 for just the upgrade to 3ds max!!

well, there are some decent imaging progs for about 400 9carrara being one of them0 its easy and relatively powerful

Hey Hey, i like 3d. It looks cool, but not to the extent of being 3d whores. I would rather have my own 3d creation, that looks original, then just some pics and text. BTW, you seemed to be interested in 3d stuff one night, in msn.....strange eh. oOo:

yeh 3d iz kickass and so it some 2d and 3d ripoffs but i dont think anyone in ther right mind would pay $3000 for a program warez iz good um i mean bad i heard Poser5 and Maya are good program also 3dSmax

Sure it does, but that's not to say that every man and his dog won't have a 3D siggy in a few days.

All i'm hoping for is that 3d doesn't become a 'fad' or something. I like originality, i know 3d has been around for a long time, but it's hard and takes time and effort..

I know all about it, dude.

The only way 3D will become a fad around here is if people steal existing images off the net or get someone like you to make images for them.

Anyone can open Photoshop and make something half-way presentable. The same can't be said for most 3D imaging apps.
