I have a question, how did you get like that box around the text? When I do it I just get the paintbrush and make a box but I always make it pooey...wbu?
|
I would just make a rectancle, with the desired color under the text, then, to make the black border, go Control>Click on the rectangle layer to select it's transparency. Then go Select>Modify>Expand>1 Pixel
Once its expanded, set the foreground color to black, hit Alt-Backspace to fill it, then lower the opacity of the rectangle to the measure that you wish. However, it looks like Toenail used an Opacity Gradient on his box, and I'm not totally sure how to do it, so I wont say lol. |
thats really nice, make the animation inside the rectangle where your name is, thats really nice
|
Cool, yeah what Jotun said make the animation inside that rectangle by your name
|
Is this better?

How to to add gradient to your "bars":
First, make a rectangle with the rectangular marquee tool. Then, fill it in with what ever color you want. Change the opacity of the bar if you want. Now goto add layer style/gradient overlay. Change angle to 0 degrees. Press ok. You've got a bar with gradient. |
where did you get that tut toenail
