I just bought Dod and i was wondering if there is any good servers that will be good for someone as new as me

i didnt know you could buy dod--its not even that great

It's way better than MOHAA. You must've played it back in 99 or something, it has really improved. You can still download it, but you need HL or CS.

i use the mg42 in dod

Happens rarely cause i only camp certain spots ;) Hell i barely play dod anymore stopped in 2.0 and only play occasioanlly over the last few releases. 1.0-1.3b i was on hours a day playing.

I personaly won't touch the MG-42 now. They REALLY fucked it up. Like 3 shots and that things over heater. On top of that it's got such shitty accuracy and range. I mainly prefer, and this is if I MG, the MG-34.

I think its like 6-7 seconds of shooting, then 40 seconds to cool down. Heh, so it is basiclly worthless/

is DoD worth $30? thats how much they want for it at Wal-Mart

Yes its worth it, I wish i never would of payed 40 for MOHAA, mohaa sux now that i have played this

yeah, the MG42 is fucked, it takes about 40 shots to overheat, and that takes like 6 seconds to happen, and then cooling down takes like a minute

Um in real life it could only be fired in 2 second bursts to prevent the barrel overheating. If anything getting 6 seconds of fire in dod is a real bonus.

That might be true, probally not that short of burst, but they could also switch out barrels in under 10 seconds.
