The whole n00b thing is really getting on my nerves. I'm sick of people calling me a n00b even though ive been playing for about a year. I want people to stop this. Who's with me? And all of the assumptions.... drives me crazy! chop:

And it also depends on the server you're on. Servers filled with n00bs (cheaters, landsharhers etc.) are more likely toi call you n00b, because...it's their favourite word?

What I meant was: A n00b doesn't necessarily mean they think you are a newb. They use it for cheaters, newbies, people who beat them all the time, shotgunners, rocketeers, people who top the scorelist, people who can't hit shit, SMG'ers, riflers, leaners, the list never ends.

Find a decent server.

Or improve your skill, if you still suck after a year of practicing, biggrin:

It's a video game. Anyone can play a video game. Even people that say " n00b " every 2.5 seconds. Just learn to ignore them, it's the best way to deal with it.

i use the word "noob" and call alot of people that when im playing but most of them dont pay attention to me. the keyword is "ignore".

I just have one comment here. Why do people on the net allow themselves to be intimidated by someone over the internet that they don't even know. I mean who really gives a shit if somebody calls someone else noob. I mean honestly it shouldn't affect anything. One quick word of advice. The key to all of this here is to learn not only to ignore but basically not care. If someone calls you a noob or if someone at school or whatever makes fun of who cares, in five minutes it's not going to matter anyway. And chances are the other kid is some screwed up homie G who thinks he's the blackest white kid you ever saw and his attire consists of showing his racing strips in his boxers and baggy pants which look like shit catchers.

Well, if you suck you're a n00b, if your good, you're a cheating n00b.

u know whats really annoying? kids that go around running their mouths saying "i own noobs" and have gay "i own you" avatarz, cause truth is.. you would never own me child.

If you play on one of the blueyonder servers..when somecalls you a n00b its shows up as great player

As I said: Find a decent server. With experienced, non-cheating players (difficult to find...true). An experienced non-cheating player will notice if you're cheating or not. It's really not too hard to recognize cheaters. I rarely call someone a cheater, but if I do, 9 out of 10 it is one.

Most experienced players don't say n00b that much anyway.

Yeah, its all true, and about the avatar, i was just having a little fun, jeez dont have a cow oOo: . And i am a decent player, and in my opinion more than jst decent, im usually in the top 3 spots in a game. my best score was like 100:16 and the closest person was like 60:56 or something like that cool: . Thanks for the advice guys. i hope everybody let some of their feelings out on this post and that was my aim. So keeep it cool peeps! biggrin:
