French infantryman and berthier rifle skin
 

Hey I did this for those who think the french deserve a little something for their lives lost fighting against the nazis.

first is the real berthier rifle and the second will be my beta skin.

The medic armband is there to cover up the swastika that was originally under it .. of course this isn't completely finished.. i'm jus curious to find out who would be interested in these skins .. thanks .. take care everyone.

i like da rifle....but in ur pic the end has the other bar that extends out....try to add dat........if u cant i will still take it angel: biggrin:

oh also if any modelers see this .. could you give a shot at removing the scope.. ? that would it'd be even better.

Looks like somebody's a little edgy today. I ain't racist, ignorant and I'm no moron. I do think the French government have acted less than courageous in the past months. That's where the comment came from.

I didn't ask for an explanation or your motive. I don't take ignorance lightly.. if you can joke about something that doesn't debase a people or a race then that's fine .. till then keep it to yourself. Don't pretend you know anything about courage or politics either. I'd like to see you run a country.. when you're not too busy playing videogames that is.

I am in Trench Rats lol biggrin: i'm sound tech. It's not a new model just a skin so they wouldn't want it. yeah it fires like a springfield .. and yeah I want to remove the scope.. if anyone can help out with that it'd be sweet. sorry it just bugs me.

i could take the scope off, and probably add that sight at the end of the gun. when i export in LR, all the textures for it get flipped, so theyd need to be flipped upside down to appear on it right

and france was attacked at the start of the war, when germany was strongest. she was already one of the most powerful countries in the world, there wouldnt be many countries who could last that long against germany. germany had been fighting on all sides for years by the time the US joined the war, with more countries against her than at the start of the war

i might try and make a WW1 french skin soon, with new gear. but it might be a bit too easy to see with the bright red trousers
