how do u make one or edit one like that like putting ur name on it

i made the whole thing, i put the diff images 2gether, got rid of anything on them i didn't want, then used diff filters, and blur tools, then just wrote the text on top, i used adobe photoshop! cool:

well you can use ps7 to make one, but you cant put your name on someone elses!
