alright, first off, let me say that there will be no flaming in this thread. i know we can do it, we did it in the usa vs. europe thread. anyways, now the rules. each person will make a suggestion to the person that posted right before them on how to improve themselves. keep it constructive criticism, and don't get angry if someone says something about you that you don't like, just say "noted" and move on. so the next person that posts will critique me!
