Sniper Key
 

Hello.....I'm a NEWBIE in here and to the MOHAA game as a single person.

I would like to know if it is possible to use the enfield Sniper Rifle the same as in RTCW? ie which key allows you to bring up telescopic sight and then zoom in on target?

I am not up to speed on editing scripts etc if that is what is needed.

Right mouse button does the zoom function.

The only sniper rifles available to you in the stock single player version of AA is the Springfield 03 and the Kar98k.

The enfield rifle is available in Spearhead, but is unscoped (although someone has made a scope mod...)

Ok! thanks for that, but which KEY do you use to open the telescope to be able to zoom in?

You cant change the zoom rate in MOH like you can in RTCW. The zoom is fixed in MOH once the scope is on that all you get.

You should probably run through the training mission that comes with the game. That explains, with a voiceover, how you use the scope, as well as all the other weapons.

There is only a primary & secondary key for selecting the weapon nothing to open the scope M16:

Found the problem - I had set the RUN secondary key as the R/H mouse key, no wonder there no key for the bloody scope!

I find that setting the R/H mouse key as the walk/run key and the L/H one as the shooter I can work things better EXCEPT the bloody scope.
