In Middle School or so, I was beginning to put on some pounds, so I did about 200 sit ups every night before I went to bed then ran in blistering heat all through that summer, about 6 years ago.

Now I'm as slim as I wanna be.

Bucknub 06-27-2003 01:24 AM

I walk everywhere I go... and I do 10-20 pushups every day/night

Innoxx 06-27-2003 01:28 AM

Fuck alot.

Infernal_ 06-27-2003 01:29 AM

well i could suggest some other kind of "excersize" but its too sickening to say! lol

i used to keep like 20 pound weights beside my bed id do about 100 with each arm then goto sleep. you really should do excersize during the day. some of these people sit on there compls all day eating. i just recently started going out alot with frends and i bike everywhere i go. ive biked like 20 miles per day in HOT HOT HOTNESS!!!!!! i felt i was gonna burst into flames mad:

sit ups and push ups could work also

06-27-2003 01:56 AM

i pick children up and throw them across the room

run. run about 1 mile to start with, the nwork your way up. or you can time it. Do a 5 minute rund for a day or two, then 7 minutes and work your way up.

Losing weight is pretty simple. I could tell you of a plan that made me lose atleast 70 lbs in half a year.

Just have to be devoted and stuff..

Okay, it's simple really.

First off, only eat one meal a day (If you get hungry just eat a apple or something) and run atleast an hour a day. Having a treadmill helps:/

Next do 400 situps 200 in the morning, then another 200 in the afternoon or night. You can also split up your cardio (running)..by obviously doing half an hour in the morning then the other half whenever you wish.
All in all it's pretty simple, but like I said you have to be devoted.

(Oh and duh, no fatty/junk foods!)

P.s Taking a shit and peeing are your bestfreinds during weight loss. :)

thats not a workout thats torture!. And just running for an hour to start is next to impossible. Ive tried. But to help you out 1080, before you do a workout DO NOT eat anything made from milk, or anything fatty or acetic. Eat liek a banana or something.

Its definitely not healthy. Trust me i did that about 2 yrs ago and i did lose alot of weight. I lost 40 pounds but i also went to the hospital and they made me gain weight and i ended up gaining more weight back. Luckily im doin different excerises now and i lost 20 pounds. Im down to 180 and im incredibly strong and fit. I work out twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I do 150 push ups and 200 sit ups and leg lifts to build abs. Dont do sit ups if u want abs cause they dont work. Sit ups get rid of fat but they dont give u the lean cut look. Get the ab roller thing i heard it works and do leg lifts. Push ups are really good for ur chest if u spread ur arms apart. And dont eat to much. Still eat at least three meals aday but try to smaller ur portions. Remember u need fat for muscle so keep a little fat. I used to run 4 miles a day but i really hate running so i stopped. I regret stopping cause i felt alot healthier and i felt that i could pretty much run forever. Just dont do what Satryricon said cause hes an idiot. Eating one meal a day is the most unhealthy thing u can do when trying to lose weight. Ull become even hungrier and end up eating alot all at once or u could end up in the hospital. Ur body needs food to survive but stay away from carbohydrates and dairy products.

I used to be a fat ass computer nerd who did nothing but eat and play computer.... NOTHING ELSE. I literally had junk food piled on my computer and all I drank was coke and unhealthy drinks/food. I gained like 30 pounds in one summer and became very un-healthy.

Two years later, I'm in excellent shape. Even though I can only run a descent mile, I have good cardio-vascular fitness. Plus I swim and lift weights. The trick to losing weight is EATING HEALTHY. Stop drinking soda and junk food and start eating healthier foods. For snacks during the day eat bananas, apples and oranges instead of chips/candy. Instead of drinking soda, drink water. Water purifies your system and it is very heatlhy for you - drink lots of it.

In the past I could barely do 20 push-ups... now I can crank out 45 (excellent form) and around 14 chin-ups. I'm still working out and improving and my goal is to reach at least 60+ push ups and 20+ chin ups.

It's all about having enough will power to eat healthier and working out.
