Unless I'm seriously lacking vision, and I'm not, those arent feathers, they are 2 separate pics of eyes I believe.

The picture is of eyes, which have Mushroom cloud explosions reflected in the pupils/irises/whatever.

geez, maybe I should just make a new one.....this one kinda seems like crap from the reaction I got.
