If you actually read anything you would know that the guy named free_the_republic has made a soldier skin and it happens to have a SP03 rifle in his hands. There is no weapon modelling going on here. SO you are wrong there, second you are wrong because free_the_republic did not make any post misspelling rifle, the remark with the mispelled weapon was made by 6489JAMES6489.
