well it looks like kobe is going on trial .. you think he walks or gets convicted..

i think there's going to be some big NAACP protest (who should all die for their pollution of society) just like there is every time a famous black (yes i fucking said black) man goes on trial

if he does walk and the truth comes out that he did it will be another cause of money talks and bullsh!t walks ... there needs to examples set so rich athletes dont think that they can just rape and kill people at will ..case in point OJ and Ray Lewis ... make this guy an example and maybe the rest will finally see that just cuz youre famous that doesnt give you the right to cause havok ... just my opinion

noone said that he is guilty of it yet . but you dont just charge someone unless you have a certain degree of proof . as the D.A. said "this decision didnt come easily"

all he did was commit adultary, and he says that it was she was a casual sex partner and it wasn't anything like rape

.....You guys do know that some women are crazy, and they make up stuff......I've heard of a lot of fucked in the head girls who voluntarily have sex with people and then later take them to court for rape, for the hell of it.

I'm not saying this is what happened - I don't know enough about the case to say something like that, but as far as I know, it could be possible.

happened to my cousin. he fucked some girl a few times but it was never really a gf/bf thing. finally he told her that he thought she was kinda crazy & he dint wanna see her any more she ran to the cops screaming rape. the charges were dropped after the judge noticed she had acused 5 guys of rape in the last year & all got off.

everyone screams rape. they should be forced to take a poligraph test at the very least before charges are even filed. too many fucking bitches can scream rape and put some guy in jail when he didn't even sleep with her in the first place.

there was a girl at my highschool that said she was raped by some guy, but it ended up being that she slept with this guy and her boyfriend found out, so she said the guy raped her so her boyfriend wouldnt break up with her or be mad at her or something like that.....
