Who the hell is gonna buy those games? If you have any children computer games, try selling them to parnets with young children, just a suggestion.

Old Reliable 07-30-2003 03:47 PM

exactly! who would buy these games. i can't just throw them away...however, with the childrens games, they wont run on todays computers

Zoner 07-30-2003 03:48 PM

Try eBay, man. I'd say you'd offload all those games.

pest 07-30-2003 03:48 PM

Sim city 2000 is from the early 90's?????

Old Reliable 07-30-2003 03:51 PM

well, the thing about ebay, i cant really sell them all at once, you would have to like all the games. and selling each one wuld be a pain in the assno. and yes, sc2000 was made in early 90s

by the way, if anyone is interested in these games evil:

ED 07-30-2003 03:53 PM

Get me OREGON TRAIL, and NUMBER CRUNCHER and we can start talking.

Old Reliable 07-30-2003 03:58 PM

i think I have those games, like I said this is a small list

07-30-2003 04:12 PM

Try selling a bunch of them on Ebay for a small price. Like 20 games for 5 bucks, or something.

Proteus 07-30-2003 04:44 PM

I'll give you 7 bucks for Oregon Trail. I love that game.

Proteus 07-30-2003 04:46 PM

no its 10 bucks

Miscguy 07-30-2003 06:56 PM

Group them together in packs of two or three. People will bid trying to get 1 game out of the pack, and you can unload two other games with it.

Pyro 07-30-2003 07:04 PM

I have where is the world is carmen sandiego...it was like my first ever comp game.

have a garage sale - i made 200 bucks (Aus$) getting rid of around 40 crap games

07-30-2003 09:57 PM

do you have any Wing Commander games like WCIII and WCIV?

Ferich 07-30-2003 10:16 PM

Wingcommander would've been better without Luke "What's Acting?" Skywalker in it.

T.Hunter 07-30-2003 10:30 PM

F-15 Strike Eagle II, A-10 tank killer, Aces over Europe, Operation Overloard, 1942, Amored Fist (kick ass tank game) and secret weapons of the luftwaffe are a few of the "old school" games i played.

Maplegyver 07-30-2003 10:32 PM

I dunno, all I have in WC: Prophecy and I don't think he was too bad in that (not any worse than everyone else)

Simo Häyhä 07-30-2003 11:05 PM

Kings Quest for the apple II

Tripper 07-31-2003 12:45 AM

Yeah, you'd think it would have turned him off from playing games forever!

biggrin:

Chronic Diarrhea 08-06-2003 10:59 AM

Wing Commander III was the best, and Maniac is awesome.

Also I remember playing Carmen Sandiego, Flight Simulator 5.0 or whatever version it was, King's Quest I-V, some truck driving game where you could run over people and pick up hitchikers, and several others.

i had F-15 Strike Eagle for my old ass mac. such an amazing game.

Strik0r 08-06-2003 12:56 PM

tie fighter
gunship 2000
f-16 fighting falcon
aces of the pacific
aces over europe (not as good as pacific)
aces of the deep

i still have all those, although gunship 2000 is unplayable due to not having the manual around after 10+ years. part of that moronic anti-piracy system way back when that made you look up a code key in the manual each time you wanted to play

Old Reliable 08-06-2003 08:21 PM

ok no offense but I dont really care what you all own, just figuring out what to still do with them. dont have the patience for a garage sale, and ebay it is doubtful they would sell.
