Your IQ score is 108

"This means you are highly intelligent and have the natural fluency of a writer and the visual and spatial strengths of an artist. Those skills contribute to your creative and expressive mind. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results."

Your IQ score is 109

This number is the result of a formula based on how many questions you answered correctly on Emode's Ultimate IQ test. Your IQ score is scientifically accurate; to read more about the science behind our IQ test, click here.

During the test, you answered four different types of questions — mathematical, visual-spatial, linguistic and logical. We were able to analyze how you did on each set of those questions, which reveals the way your brain processes information.

We also compared your answers with others who have taken the test, and according to the sorts of questions you got correct, we can tell your Intellectual Type is a Precision Processor.

This means you're exceptionally good at discovering quick solutions to problems, especially ones that involve math or logic. You're also resourceful and able to think on your feet. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results.

I'll take this test tomorrow, but my IQ according to the National Standardized test (USA) is 168. Also was invited to Mensa (ask Sloi.. not a common thing) and MIT (they later rejected my application for not having enough focus on technical areas in high school).

And GG Innox for posting the picture that destroyed the thread.

..wh..whaa!?, an IQ thread not by SoLiDUS?!?... NO THANK YOU VERY FUCKING MUCH!! hake:

SoLiDUS 08-13-2003 07:36 AM

LOL Eight Ace ;)

On Emode's classical, I got 135; "super IQ", 133.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but Emode's IQ test is NOT an iq test because it
doesn't strictly measure computational power. Look at it this way: a 5 year
old might have a very high iq and yet fail to get a respectable score on it
because he doesn't have the necessary verbal/world knowledge required to
answer all non-logic based questions. Also but not related to that, some of
their questions have MULTIPLE answers that were not given in the answer
choices. That, my friends, is the result of poor design or me looking to far
for possibilities ;-)

Take the Mensa tests at the following adresses and you will quickly see why:

http://www.mensa.be/en/toelatingstest.html (Take it in French- the test is all logic so don't worry about language)

http://www.mensa.fr/index.php?action=test_pre

True. Their is no such thing as a standardized test cause people view things in different ways. This is especially true for young children who are given test yet they can see something completely different then the adult who formulated the test.

IQ-129

Hollywood 08-13-2003 10:20 AM

This is not a real IQ test, standardized tests are timed and there is much more pressure to complete each question quickly. The internet tests, if taken correctly can give an idea of your IQ but not an accurate one. BTW if Noctis got over a 110 then I would be really impressed, I don't know what he's saying about 160+ biggrin:

BTW the standardized tests all adjust the scores for ages based on national statistics.

What most people say, but really, as long as I know it then I don't really care what other people think. BTW, my score on the Mensa pre-test was 31/33.. more likely to be accepted than 95% of all other applicants.

Scalping Chief 08-13-2003 12:04 PM

97 not bad for me being 15

SoLiDUS 08-13-2003 12:05 PM

160+ ? On what scale: Stanford-Binet, Otis-Lennon, WAIS ?

160 on S-B could be 145 on WAIS, etc...

31/33 was a nice result on the Mensa pre-test though; mine was 28/33.
Still, 98% of the people here would score under 21 anyway. happy:

[quote="Scalping Chief":874cd]97 not bad for me being 15[/quote:874cd]

that actually is pretty bad. Im 17 and got 129. They take ur age into account when they come up with the score.

Infernal_ 08-13-2003 01:39 PM

Scalping Chief 08-13-2003 01:40 PM

Einsteins IQ was in the 160's. He was a slow thinker. He thought everything through, every possibilty. But IQ tests are mesaured on brainpower and brainspeed. So his IQ could be measured well into the 200's.

According to my IQ test, If i remember correctly mine was somewhere between 120-128. Not bad for a 15 year old.

08-13-2003 02:57 PM

I recommend Einstein's intelligence quiz.

I went into my old boxes full of school stuff today, haven't found the results form from my IQ test. I do recall, however, that Einstein's IQ was 152 based on the same format.

It was too easy. Grouped Evening Runs Make Arnold Nervous...

The solution can be found arithmetically or by way of matrix.

cashwarsplaya 08-13-2003 08:11 PM

what happened to NOT posting the answer here, even in a clever pneumonic device. Sheesh.
