USING A PROXY. . .STEP BY STEP
No this isnt a STEP BY STEP guide. I WANT to know how to use one. Specifically it seems a site has blocked the server I'm on at work, so I need to know how to use a PROXY to get around it.
Speak in laymans terms, I'm both BLACK and IGNORANT about this so thats two strikes against me. Since this is MY thread any derailing will get deleted. |

When its installed rightclick on its icon in task bar. Go to configure, tools,ip scramble. Click retreieve test list. Then click start checking. When the verified proxy list box gets some ips in it check the enable ip scramble box. Hit apply and thats it. biggrin: |

Ok this is what happens - click on RETRIEVE LIST, then it puts it into the TEST AREA, and says connecting for each PROXY. Do I need to wait for the program to put IPS in the far left box or am I doing that manually. That's where I'm getting all tossed around about. Cause the first time it went through I left came back and there was nothing there.
And how do you run a traceip. And folks see if you can navigate to this website. . . http://www.whitey.org http://www.whitey.org/johnswensson/pics/ Address: 63.163.111.111 |

PM with n00b instructions. Cause this admuncher looks cool to block ads and shit, but i didnt get a SINGLE verified proxy.
|
Meh.. I told you n00bs about AdMuncher like my third post here oOo:
Right-click -> Configure Tools tab -> IP Scramble tab Retrieve Test List Start checking test proxy list Verifieds appear in the far left. If this doesn't work, your sys admin at work must have some weird firewall. |
