So what do you guys think of the new mods. Are they doing a better job than the old line up


IMO - Things have settled down more and the mods are doing a lot better job than the old ones.

I see this thread devolving into flames within one or two replies, but I'll just say that I'm refraining from comment until they have a chance to get organized and what not.

Yes, that sounds like a good thing to do. Please have a bit of patience, all. We're sorting stuff out, but it'll take a while.

The mods all suck. Except for Ydiss, Zoner, Rude, Sloi, BallWook. The rest of them suck though.

Was just saying that the state the website was in before it has calmed down a LOT since the new mods have been put back on. And to do it within the time they have just wanted to say congrats

Im sure that there are still more GOOD things to come from them and hope that these forums get to the way they once where or better

I'm surprised no one has noticed the fact that the forum never crashes anymore and it faster than it's ever been for months. It's not down to the mods, mostly, it's down to BS and the work he's put in over the last 2 weeks to sort it out.

So, your thanks are appreciated but BS deserves them all (at the very least for the speed of the forums - Not everyone will agree with me, but there you go).

Our job has started now but we've not done a lot visibly. We will soon.

Hell there is a big difference even from a couple of months ago. Going through the varioust threads since sunday I havnt seen the same old flames, spaming that used to go on in every thread.

It has more to do with noone being here. But I'll close my eyes and go along with the "everyones behaving" mentality.

I've never had a problem with the old mods, so I don't have a problem with the new ones/old ones re-incarnated/whatever.

A bigger problem is that the previous period of anarchy forced a lot of people to leave and probably gave AA.com a bad name.

Oh please. And AA.com didn't have a bad name before the 'anarchy'? If you think that, you are deluding yourself, man.

I don't see any more porn or gay pics, so I'm happy.

I think its hilarious that the WAR ON TERROR forum got taken down but a piece of excrement like the console forum remains open. It should be absorbed into General Discussion and reopen WOT.

The WoT section wasn't used too much after the statue of Saddam fell. that's not to say that the war is over (not by a long shot), but traffic in that section dried up and what WAS posted in there was either pointless arab/french bashing or something like that.

This forum can be a fluid entity that changes as the times and trends dictate. The WoT section could be re-established if something happens in the world that grabs everyone's attention and compells them to talk about it here.

The console section should probably go too, but it might pick up once the new MoH title is released.

It needs to be changed to WORLD NEWS then or something along those lines, News and Current Events.
