hehe, yeah. Top Movie, also, I love the Queen song from it. It's always been one of my life's ambitions to have the song 'Flash' sung to me, but with my name sunstituted instead of Flash Gordon's.
"Shaun, Shaun, I love you, but we only have 14 hours to save the Earth!"

Also, has anyone here seen the Omega Man, with Charlton Heston? We watched that for my Year 9 Creative Writing class. Classic Flick. biggrin:

I HATED "The Never Ending Story". I watched it when I was little and it was so god damned complex that it pissed me off... and it stills does. I'll have to watch it again and maybe it will make sense.

1080jibber 10-14-2003 01:00 PM

anyone remember the movie Labrenth (sp?)

Madmartagen 10-14-2003 01:09 PM

everytime i see a movie that i liked as a kid like the neverending story or stand by me, i always say to myself, 'what the fuck was i thinking, this is the gayest goddamned movie ive ever seen!' that pretty much sums up the reasons why i wont see my childhood favs again unless i know i would like it now. the neverending story was ok, except for that gay ass kid reading the story, especially when he stopped eating luch because he had 'such a long long way to go.' WHAT A TOTAL FAG!!! the dark crystal was an awesome movie because i liked it as a kid, and i havent seen it since. exceptions are charlie chaplin, three stooges, and laurel and hardy. 'shorts' was awesome and i say beer: to whoever mentioned it above.
