Like, Say I have a movie I recorded with fraps.

Than I converted it into an .mpeg, like 50 times smaller. Now I am curious if I can turn that into an animated gif.

possible but hard.u need a copy of EVERY frame and insert it into image ready

sigh, that's what I thought. i thought there might have been an easier way..
