Dude their dummer is good? Their bassist is regarded as one of the best of the past 50 years, the guy is amazing.

Bane 11-07-2003 03:00 PM

If you like Primus check out Sausage. I believe they were Les Claypool's band before Primus was formed. Both bands are a staple in my music collection. Never saw them live though, unfortunately, but heard they put on a great show. Where'd you see them?

His videos are trippy as hell though. Oh, and if you say "Primus Sucks" it means you are a big fan

ShagNasty 11-07-2003 03:24 PM

I saw them at the historic state theater in Minneapolis. And I always knew their drummer was good but seeing him live blew my mind, hes up their with Neil Pert.

Okay.....How the FUCK, was I "cutting down" Primus?

If you knew Primus, which you clearly don't, you'd know that Shake Hands With Beef is one of their songs. Infact, one of their best.
So just watch yourself, Fuckle-Face.

You little ass-sniffing bitch. Both Rap and I, deserve an apology.

i used to love metal....metallica, iron maiden, iced earth, in flames.....things got too repetitive, so i got into progressive, fusion, and jazz...i still love metal though. Dream Theater covers it all, most talented musicians in one band, its truly amazing....new cd comes out in 3 days, im so excited.

MrLevinstein 11-08-2003 03:24 PM

Ive gotten into all types of metal its good stuff and if you find good types youll never run out, some of my favs are

Metallica
Megadeth
Anthrax
Slayer
Iron Maiden
Helloween
Dream Theater
In flames
Iced earth
Black Sabbath
Pantera
Old Arch Enemy
All of ygnwies songs would be awsome if they were more like " rock: I am a viking"

Theres enough styles there to keep me quite busy, but dream theater has something special since they are so incredably progressive and add an unseen element to metal.

guarnere 11-08-2003 06:01 PM

In Flames is swedish.....oh how i love in flames....before clayman.....

Tripper 11-09-2003 12:07 AM

I was all, Faith No More (Especially pre-Mike Patton), Pearl Jam (Pre-Yield), Anthrax, Soundgarden and Alice In Chains...For a short period - Then I went back to my hiphop.

Drew 11-09-2003 08:40 AM

Saw Les Claypool in concert here. He was wicked crazy on that bass. I was actually skeptical about how good a concert based around a bass player could be, but I stand corrected.

rock: EDIT: Don't spam the emoticons Noctis, you uber-b00n.
