I beleive they stole the truck from a gardening/landscaping company. I remmeber seeing it on Worlds Scariest Police chases. It was used as an example of how running from the law doesnt pay at the end. Scared me shitless when i first saw it.

I beleive anyone who didnt know the circumstances behind this video would most likely laugh anyone who knows the backround to it feels a certain type of brutality to the ignorance that it portrays.
