I've had goat curries in Indian restaurants that were quite nice,

Depends on how they are prepaired. Tuna out of the can sucks. But if you have it cook in a fancy schmancy restruant then it usually is VERY good. But overall I think salmon is way better. You can smoke it and put it on a bagel(locs) or the way my mom makes it rock: then theres some other ways that are realy good

I'll go with salmon, but a blackened tuna steak cooked rare is friggin' luvly.

Salmon is better, but Tuna is not bad if prepared correctly (I mean as in steak, not the preserved, reconstituted junk that comes out of a can)

yes. omega 3 fatty acids are spectacular for a post workout meal. its loaded with protein and all that good stuff your muscles soak up. i have gotten good gains off of salmon
