Full Spectrum Warrior
When I was eating breakfeast this afternoon, I was watching the history channel and the show "tactical to practical" was on...normally that show kinda sucks but todays topic was pretty cool it was about war simulations. They talked about paintballing, video games, and this civilian dogfighting company out in the desert somewhere. Anyways...after showing some good medal of honor in action online, they introduced a new game thats set to realese early 2004, "full spectrum warrior" which was designed for the army to train its soldiers in the princibles of "mout". The game looks very bad ass, and I think it may even be free...if you havent heard of it check it out.

Ya, I heard about this game, just couldnt remeber the Title. I haerd they used shit just for army use in this game. looks awesome
Yup, looks pretty kewl!
I dont think its gonna be free. But yea it looks pretty cool. I heard its only comin out for xbox though.
Newp. Right at the end of the vid, it lists XBox and PC.
The demo was awesome
"You want to secure enemies and take their weapons, because children can come and take it and blow there hands off or point them at you which will make them a target" sweet rock: |
That game looks re-sweet
Awesome. rock: MIght actually get me into modern 3rd ps or modren fps which ever it is.

looks really sick, omg sweetness! biggrin:

They should let me make a video game based on MOUT training. That looks too BHD for me, MOUT is about that, but it's also about building complexes, tight spaces, and close-quarter combat. A big-ass city isn't the only place to train at. They seem to have some aspects covered, but I'm sure i'll be disappointed in how the game plays, unless it's taken right from the 55-9 TM.
i saw that same episode this morning 2. it looks liek a cool game
The airsoft part on the show looked sick too. I think i want to get into it just from what i saw on the show.
what did you eat for breakfast?

On what platforms will FSW be available?
It will be available on Xbox first followed closely by a PC version. Release dates may vary by territory w00t |
eh, looks a lot like ghost recon meets AA to me...
Vids aren't working for me, all I get is audio. |

I'm definitly getting it for my xbox. |
demo needed so bad :)
omg, that is so cool. but its for x box :(
xbox version will once again destroy the Pc version
Just like KOTOR...reliability my friends. It crashes like a motherfucker on PC. Especially with Radeon cards. |
fansites?

i hope there is a demo soon, a multiplayer one .
That game looks awesome
Why would them game suck on PC? I think it would be better if it WAS on PC considering you can move your mouse around quicker then a paddle.
ya its easy to move your mouse, but for selecting weapons and teams it will be gay and the general movement of things will be much harder on pc. For 3rd person games consoles are the best....for first person pc is the best....(except for halo which could only be done on xbox...the pc version sucked!)
