Modern Warfare Back to work!
 

Well here we are again this time with the finishing touches. Im pleased to announce that the Modern Warfare team will be releasing the first Alpha Version of Modern Warfare within a month or a few months time. We have begun to work again after a 5 month break. New site (its a template) is online along with new forums and a new image gallery(images added daily).
Im pleased to announce that we have multiple maps with multiple versions so you can play in Night, Day and Sunset.... We also have a fast skin variety and several weapons. Our Drivable helicopter is basically finished with a few more tweaks and a special surprise may be included if all goes well. However with the final completion of the mod comes a few staff positions so we can get it done faster.

the textures are jaw-dropping

do the maps work well ingame or is it kind of laggy? i would think it would be laggy since everything looks so detailed

The Miami maps have relatively low fps but they are not yet vised. At Drydocks my fps never drops below 100 on my Radeon 9600 Pro (128 MB) and triangle rates are often below 10 000 (mohaa standard is 15 000, Quake 3 standard is 7000). Mtex is around 40 at 800 x 600 x 32.

so basically they run fairly well, much better than HitP, but not quite as smoothely as stalingrad_final?

dont worry abot the lag dj,most of the weapon models are under 1000 poly,like sc's but they look so awsome ingame.the lower poly guns will give you higher fps.

no doubt, those guns are totally amazing

i would love to join up as a player skinner, but i unfortunately have too much on my hands with tbfww2 and a CoD mod called eagles of the third reich...

Player Skinners as well.... we are good in every other area...... If you want to add something like a serverside mod to be included in the release do the same instructions.....

ohh i downloaded the skins for a deskstop which i made they look so awesome i cant wait till it comes out so i can play with new guns weapons levels and everything!!!
