I saw Joe do the "Rant" at a flames game a couple years back. It was pretty cool. It's kind of like propaganda. Everyone was yelling and cheering, and the beer wench walked by my dad and I so we got a couple of beers. Molson Canadian of course.

Anyway, that is so old...its really old.

I guess the ironic side to the story is that Joe went down to LA for a film career. Hes no longer Canadian. beer:

I don't know anyone back home who calls a hat a toque. They do up here in mainland Canada, but not back on the island. Back home, a toque is a "stocking cap" or a "sod". biggrin:

i have a friend that lives on Price Edward Island. ;)

Actually, it gets a shitload colder here in Ottawa than it does back home. Newfoundland gets a LOT more snow though. Mind you, it still hits -20C and colder in Newfoundland...and Labrador, well Labrador is an icebox for sure. BRRRRR!

All has to do with the maritime climate...more temperate, but more precipitation.

it must be damn cold over there now...lol. just last week New Brunswick was in an ICE STORM.
