He's not banned...just deactivated. It's probably temporary...I can't say for sure.

Vance spammed some .gif image 100 times.

I would think being a vet he should have atleast been warned and given the oppertunity to edit out his post him self. I talked to him on Militaryphotos.net. He said he got no warnings of any kind, just deactivated.
