OK just asking for some pointers
 

AS you can all see my PS talent is well nonexistant, could some of you please give me some pointers on how to make my sigs suck slightly less? And Animal Mother, i didn't use the sig you made for me, even though it is light years ahead of any of mine, because I want to do it myself and thought you put much effort into it I wish to try to improve my skills and learn to make my own.

Eventually I started asking specific questions , like how to make a strait line , blending pictures , ect.

I found that everyone here was willing to help me to get better.

Look for Guarnere , Cold , and Buckweed. These guys helped me ALOT!
But I have had advice and assistance from just about every single person I asked!

Now I put this togather for an old clan-mate , but I think it may provide you with some ideas also....

What i do is try and find a style that i like, and than follow that..
Most of the sigs i make gets the used touch over them i think..

Well, thats the way i see it. Find your style, and you got yerself some good siggehmaking coming up..

go there man. Than find a shitload of tutorials and just make shit that looks good, and eventually you start learning and picking shit up easy. That's what I did, I find my FAVORITE hot key on adobe photoshop (7.0) is CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+~, I fucking love that, it selects all the white areas. It can be VERY useful when doing shit, and like you can select the inverse of it too.

Itrs definitely better, but the size is too big. keep practicing.

i learnt by using fireworks first, its much simplier, then i moved onto ps and grew from there.

people should start making the stickey tut's again.

Thats much better than the original sig posted Winters ,

You should make the layers come togather better though , try using the Blending option.

I use that all the time. Makes a big differance.

Can someone make me an animates sig, pretty small like smaller then the sig i have now, i want to put it over it. Some kind of WWII picture with my name then some kind of cool saying, or really anything that's cool looking. I've tried to make my own animated sigs, but it doesn't work too well.
