well i use Kazaa lite and DC (Direct Connect) DC is amaizing! but you gotta share like 5gb to get on a semi descent hub, and most of em are full or slow, you can also only get stuff from one user not combined sharing. and kazaa lite you can not get anymore so i kept the install. oh and bt i assue is bit torrent

ya im using a dutch version to i think i got it from http://www.kazaa-lite.nl or something like that, i download music and porn all the time and havent had any problems at all!
