EBgames has Battlefield Vietnam preorder for $39.99 if you use the coupon code 'Free2day' you get free 2nd day shipping. Plus when you preorder, you get the soundtrack for free. I had trouble activating the coupon, but I called their customer service (1-877-432-9675) and ordered it over the phone. I dont know if you crazy canucks can get this deal on the shipping, but if you got a friend over the border, it may be worth the trouble.
