Whats cheese

Parmigiano Reggiano...the king of cheeses, man. The authentic stuff is awesome.

Favourite everyday cheese is probably havarti or monterey jack.

havarti with dill, or herbs and spices, soooo good....

Asiago(sp?) is the best on pasta. I wouldn't eat just plain cheese though...
