i need help getting rid of the white out line, any help?

you cant get rid of those lines, whnever you have a pic like that, white lines show up, but in PS their not there, its unfixable.

Yes it can. When you save as a .gif just choose matte: none

i had to zoom into like 500% and trim the fucker around the edges...

also

Proteus:
Hold ctl and click the layer that the guy is on. Go to Edit > Stroke

Set the settings to inside and black. Should clear up some of the crap on the edges.

that worked best for me, fireal was right with the matte too

so if you do all that itll turn out better
