back to topic, this is a very sad thing but it is not a "Canadian" thing. This happens world wide and it saddens me each time. Any person that would do that to a child (or anyone else) does not belong in the gene pool, they need to be whacked and stacked like cord wood.

That really sucks to have that happen in your family, let alone to your 9 year old daughter. The fact that there are sick disgusting monsters like this out in public deters me from ever wanting to have children. I hope they catch this man and have him drawn and quartered.
