You cant decide whether this is true or not because you don't live in the united states and don't interact with the black community on a daily basis. Alot of you guys have problems generalizing people just because of shit you see at school and on tv. There are loud people at every school in this country, it isnt just black men and women. I live in Orange county/LA county, I run into all kinds of people on a regular basis, but I dont start generalizing groups of people because of a few incidents. The sooner you start looking at people as individuals, the better off you and this world will be.
