haha yeah hockey does that to ya.
My workout is usually protein shake (chocolate ewww) then reps of 20 shoulder presses, pull downs, then a situp variation. Usually this is atleast 3 times a week. Sometimes if I'm busy I just get the situps in, the ladies love abs guys, remember that.

beat off three times a day, builds great hand and wrist muscles.

SoLiDUS 05-21-2004 06:43 PM

Always start off with a potent centrum and my RevXP fat burners
Lots of water daily, low sugar/carb and lots of protein.

Monday: Pecs and Back
Tuesday: Basket-ball, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Chin-ups
Wednesday: Legs and Shoulders
Thursday: Basket-ball, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Chin-ups
Friday: Arms and Traps
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Trying to lose about 10-15lbs: enough to lose everything around the
mid-section.

word, nigga. This is almost exactly what I do for a typical week... Solidus do you have any recent pictures of ownage at the gym??

Short Hand 05-21-2004 07:56 PM

Supplements.

Green Tea
CLA - ConjugatedLinoleic Acid
ZMA Zinc & Magnesium
(Creatine SOmetimes)
2 Teaspoon Of Sugar To regulate Insulin (eright after workout)
3 solid healthy Meals A Day

THe Work Out.

(Note: I do legs every day in small incriments So I am enabled to do it every days Since My Regimine Can't fit it in for it own time on a regular base.)

Monday - Arms/Chest (MIxed With Leg Pressing and Leg Curls)'
Tuesday - Back/Shoulders (MIxed With same leg stuff Squats, Leg Curl, Press)
Wednesday - Arms/Chest (again same leg stuff)
THursday - Back Shoulders (Mixed with legs etc.)
Friday - Arms Chest (again more legs)

The key to maintaining the Legs every day is to take my ZMA get good rest and not do more then 10 minutes of it that day.

On a Arm Chest Day I always Get up to 20 minutes of Cardio n the Bike, While I Do around 60 to 100 Sit ups. During that Day I try to work eclusively with Free Weights The Bar Etc. Machines tend to me limit movement and only work out one area. I never do the same old routine ever" You have to get to every knick and cranny and keep the workout entertaining. If you get bored its almost as lethal as not working out. I love to do Wrist Curls and Dumbell Bench Press.

On a Back Shoulder Day Ill Do again My cardio (im trying to burn weight off) up to 20 minutes on the bike and up to 100 sits ups. (usually on a decline bench or a blow ball. Most days il hold a 35 pound bell/weight behind my head for better results. For Exericses I keep it always varied and I always try to keep to free weights and leave the machines be. If I ever use the machines it will be the iso behind the neck press, or the leg press machine of course. I love to do Good Monring Lifts.

On my legs Leg Curl Machine, Leg Press. Cardio for Definition.

MY Lifts

Since I concentrate on legs alot

Leg press - 850 (Probably more I haven't gone for my max in awhile) Going for 1k by season time.
Bench Was - 290 (Ive been out for 2 weeks with a lung infection So it hasm ost likely gone down a few)
Squat - Don't know never gone for my max squat. I don't like them.
Arm Is 18.5 Inches wink:

Im 235 6,1 over the past 7 months I have lost a lot of weight sinceI no longer wish to play Offensive Tackle.

How do I maintain all of this ? I have a calender which reminds me biggrin:

Machette 05-21-2004 07:57 PM

I smoke green tea. oOo:

Short Hand 05-21-2004 08:00 PM

[quote="Zap. USMC":a684f]word, n****. This is almost exactly what I do for a typical week... Solidus do you have any recent pictures of ownage at the gym??[/quote:a684f]

Nope...

I'll probably be taking a few in two weeks when I (hopefully... crossing my
fingers) should have lost some weight: I'm trying to cut up without change
(drastic, anyway) to my diet so if I don't see an improvement, you can bet
that I'll start a CKD diet and run like there won't be a "next year".

Judas 05-21-2004 09:26 PM

day 2
i do bar curls, dumblell curles, preacher curles, wrist curles, i dont know the exact name but basicly i take a 60 pound dumbell put it behind my head and raise it up (and no its nothing like military press i can feel it working the arms.), shoulder shurgs (ya i know its shoulder but whatever)

daily
200 pushups/200 situps daily usually before i run*pull ups are now being added to the daily routine aswell. run 5 miles in morning run 5 miles at night or afternoon whenever i can.

intrestedviewer 05-21-2004 09:57 PM

Holy crap. How do you survive ? You're a warrior, man.

Arkan 05-21-2004 10:39 PM

I keep it simple. I only work one body part a day. I also do pushups everyday (trying to do 500 a day) and some crunches.
As for food, i stay away from too much carbs.

Lifting is useless. Unless you plan on becoming a grunt all your life then lifting is useless. I never lifted a weight in my life, but i work a job where you'd think i would need to. I lift fridges, A/C, lumber and other shit all day. I might struggle a bit but i don't think its necessary for me to hit the gym everyday. Doing everyday things and keep being active there is no need for lifting. I don't lift and i'm not a 20 year virgin gg.

Poseidon 05-22-2004 05:48 AM

i dont lift weights or anything.

I just ride my bike 6 miles a day n play football @ college

I like to keep my body in superior shape, on top of having it look so appetizing
to the women happy:

Just remember that some people lift as a hobby: you chose masturbation
but don't knock those who decided to walk a different road. biggrin:

I usually just hang out the worm, they struggle a bit, then they eventually lay back and accept it.

Here's my card.

Miscguy 05-22-2004 06:45 AM

I unload 52' trailers 5 times a week. After unloading those i deal with the things that are to large to remove while doing the regular unload. Then on my days off i skate.

Yeah i unload trucks for Home Depot, similar stuff i would guess.

hacksquat 05-22-2004 07:38 AM

I work out four days a week.

Monday: Chest, and biceps. I don't work triceps cuz there exhausted from the pressing movement from chest. On chest I work Incline bench first, then flat, and then decline bench.

Tuesday: Back, and traps.

Wednesday: Legs

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Shoulders, triceps, and forearms.

Saturday, and Sunday: Rest

Supplements: Creatine monohydrate, and whey protein.

I eat six meals a day. I weigh 300 lbs, so I try to take in over 300 grams of protein a day.

I'm a cop, so lifting iron helps me with my job. It also, keeps me from go postal on people.
